What counts as a trace?
A trace is a single LLM API call that passes through TraceLM. This includes both successful and failed requests. Tool calls within a trace are not counted separately.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. Pro includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all detection engines. No credit card required to start.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my trace limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. Traces continue to work, and we'll suggest upgrading. We never cut off your agents mid-execution.
Do you offer discounts for startups?
Yes. If you're a startup with under $5M in funding, reach out to us for a significant discount on Pro and Enterprise plans.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. You're billed once per year. Cancel anytime — we'll refund the unused portion.
